i woke up early to catch up sunrise at Mather Point. The sun came up around 6.44 am. The drive from Mather Campground to Mather Point was only 6 mins.
I left my van at Mather Point, which is the same location as the main visitor center. I took a blue bus to the Village stop, took the red bus all the way to the end of the road, which is the Hermits Rest.
Then I started hiking on the Rim Trail all the way back to the Village bus stop, which is a total of 7.8 miles mostly flat. With this hike, I was able to see all of the 9 view points. Then I took the bus back to get my van.
