Since Trent has helped to replace the coolant reservoir, we still noticed some purple stain on the engine area on the passenger side. So we took the van in to get it diagnosed. Found out that it was the thermostat that was leaking.
Since the water pump is another thing that can cause the coolant leak issue in the future, I asked them to go ahead and get that replaced too. So that the van should be in good shape for a while.
Things that I got done:
- Thermostat Replacement ($665.60)
- Coolant Flush ($199.95)
- Brake Fluid Flush ($179.95)
- Transmission Flush, pan and filter service ($572.99)
- Power Steering Flush ($116)
- Water Pump Replacement ($1229.92)
Total: 3,120.84
Thing that they suggested me to get but I asked to remove, which he suggested I can do it in the next 10K miles:
- Complete fuel induction system service ($320)

Not much good experience with this shop:
- The van was parked improperly, backed right up against the curb. This positioning risks potential damage to underbody components, on-board generator, sewer system, exhaust, or suspension over time.
- The tire pressure warning light was illuminated on the dashboard. It appears the multipoint inspection may not have been fully completed, as I had to personally inflate all tires to the correct pressure after returning.
- The coolant level was significantly low (well below the recommended “full” mark).
