The trailhead is inside the national park. It is the closest trail from the entrance. At the trailhead, the phone services are great. It is an in and out trail with a total of a bit more than 3 miles. I started to hike around 4.30 pm and it was easy. The trail has less traffic than other popular trails, which is great.
