Reflection over 2024

  1. Thoughts or perspectives are subjective; none of it is truly true.
  2. Exposing oneself to different cultures, ideas, and beliefs is helpful in realizing that none of it is wrong and none of it is right.
  3. Love and forgiving are easier said than done. Be patient with those who still do not know how to.
  4. Truly loving someone means loving them with their flaws, not just loving those who do things the way you prefer.
  5. Money is a tool. Having enough and knowing when it is enough is important. It’s easy to want more and never feel it’s enough.
  6. Life is an experience. Living fully is important, and being ready every day to let go of this experience is crucial so that we can live without fear. And when the time comes, there will be nothing to fear or regret.
  7. Learn to do what I enjoy. Not just choosing things that I enjoy doing, but changing how I do things is as important. Find the tune and let my passion flow through what I do at peace; the work will be so joyful.
  8. Exposing oneself to see the changes brought by old age, sickness, and death is eye-opening, especially when witnessing it in my parents. It’s important to see and experience this. It’s a humbling moment to realize how impermanent life is. It’s important to see this truth and learn to live with it peacefully.
  9. Noticing oneself to realize what excites him or her is important. Knowing what wakes me up in the morning and realizing that these are the things that want to be manifested by me and doing them… then I’m in the same flow with life.
  10. To love is a choice of action. Because choosing to love when emotions run wild is not easy. Choosing to love no matter what, while knowing that nothing in this world is perfect, including oneself, and that all of us are built that way… is true love.
