Choosing to be …

Lately, I started to notice my emotion more and more… I feel the tension that come up before an anxiety and fear… Noticing the pressure in my chest before the feeling of deep sadness. Noticing the opening of the flow coming out from my heart before the feeling of gratefulness.

Before, I would only feel those but I didn’t know what to do with it. I only could let it be in my body and mind.

The longer I have learned all this… I also noticed some activities and places that also can change my emotion and feeling.

Learning more about my humanly body and mind, I leaned that I no longer have no choice of choosing what I want to feel… I can choose the activity that it will bring up my spirit such as having a long walk with my dog, sitting by the pond looking at the beauty of nature and wild animal, or simply just sitting outside and doing some yoga and meditation….

Or even when I have no places to go… Just closing my eyes, sitting in silence can also help me to feel that peace.
