Trent, Tsali, and I drove to the trailhead on Sat morning. There is no phone service here. The dirt road to get to the trailhead is pretty challenging but we both made it with our vans with no issue.
I took us 2 miles up to where we camped and we took the same way back down on the next day. Seeing mountain goats here is pretty typical from researching this trail on the Internet. And we saw a lot of them up close.
