No drilling holes on my van. I basically used mostly everything that came with the van except a piece of wood that I bought for $35.
The table can swing around, which allows me to go to the back of the van or moving away from my bed when sleeping. The table can be move closer to your sink or closer to the bathroom in the back of the van using the existing table leg and the receptors on the floor.
What You Need
- A piece of wood
- Unmounted table mount from your table that come with the van + screws
- Wood cutting machine
- Sanding machine (optional)
Tips:
- I cut my table to your preferred size that will fit my laptop and an additional small travel monitor
- For the height of my support leg: After I had my table top set up with the existing leg on the van, I made sure to measure it by pushing the left over piece of wood on my bed to find the right pressure to support the table top and draw a line with my pen following the bottom edge of the table top. Then the height of the support leg is perfect based on how cushy my bed is to support the table.
