Difficult situations are like the pressure that the world needs to create precious stones like crystals, diamonds, etc… The pressure purifies the stone to be pure… It removes all matters that are not belong in that precious stone. With the precious stones, the light can shine through them without any resistance of other matters.
Difficult situations stir up all kinds of feelings, emotions inside of me… I felt like there were clouds, thunders, and so much pressure inside of me…
Noticing that I know that I still have those “matters” … or ego inside of me. All those negative feelings or emotions can only be activated if I still have something in me that is resisting the situation… I still cringe on some “thing” believing that it will make me happy… I’m still holding on my ego and wanting things to follow my way.
Noticing that, I knew that my ego is still there… I’m still not letting the world to be as is, not letting someone to be as they are. I’m still judging. I’m still resisting.
Only when I notice that I was still resisting, I can let it go… I can let it be… Then the clouds, the thunders, the pressure inside of me disappear. The light can shine through me again.
