Let it go

During the long drive from Brevard NC to Sand Dunes National Park in Co, I had a lot of time by myself… listening to The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle again… (I think for more than 10th-is times already.) I also listened to other podcasts of his teaching.

During the drive and out of the driver seat on this journey, I practiced no-mind and stillness.

Listening to the part that Eckhart explained the mechanism of the pain body triggering the thoughts with the same energy/frequency which will start the vicious circle of mind feeding pain body back and keep it going…

The let it go teaching is to unlink that process of pain body triggering thoughts.

I had listened to his teaching many times… but this time, this part of his teaching really resonate in me.

Driving this long, I watched my pain body started in the form of neck pain, the pain behind my ears, the back of my head, and the contraction in my throat … Then the thoughts (mostly negative thoughts) started to roll in. And sometimes the thoughts tried to trick me to have a normal or neutral thought before it tried to slide in the same negative thoughts in again.

Watching this happening within me as the first witness than just believing in the teaching helps me to understand life, body, mind, and awareness in so much deeper level.

Let the thought go and watch your pain body…. the energy in you… don’t need to add any stories (your thoughts) into it to feed it even more .. let it go …
