Travato – Cummins Onan Generator RV-QG 2800 Oil Change

I took my van to Gause RV Center Inc in Hiawassee, GA for an oil change on the generator. Rick and Linda were wonderful. It was their day off and they helped to schedule me to come in early that day. I asked Rick if I could look because I wanted to learn on how to do it by myself. He not only didn’t mind but also told me to take picture so I could remember.

Rick made it look so easy to do it… He was able to do it without the back of the van lifted. He used the funnel to feed the new oil in… He also gave it to me so I could do it by myself the next time. Thanks Rick!

This is the first oil change for the generator on this van. It was at 36.2 hrs. We also checked the air filter on the generator, and it was still very clean. Now I can run the generator for the next 150 hrs until I have to change the oil again. The total cost on this (included tax) was $77.06.
